Maritime Parc sits right on the Hudson River in Jersey City — floor-to-ceiling water views, the Manhattan skyline doing the decorating for free. It is one of the rooms in Barry's recent rotation, and on December 3, 2026 he's back in the building for a holiday party. Waterfront rooms have their own physics: the light changes, the sound carries differently, and the timeline runs on the water's clock. Barry builds the night around the room instead of fighting it.
